What is stamping?

Stampings (also known as pressings) include a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping press, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part or could occur through a series of stages. The process is usually carried out on sheet metal, but can also be used on other materials, such as polystyrene.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

We can accept native SolidWorks (.sldprt) or ProE (.prt) files as well as solid 3D CAD models from other CAD systems output in IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) or Parasolid (.x_t or .x_b) format. We can also accept .stl files. Two-dimensional (2D) drawings are accepted.

● Quoted within 48 hours for you.
● Set up production schedule plan in our ERP system and make DFM for your projects.
● Provide samples with FAI report for your approval before production.
● Every week will send the production schedule pictures for your review.
● Before shipping, we will send the packing list and pictures to your approval.
● We will provide the tracking number to you after shipped down.
